Tollywood News: Nandamuri Kalyan Ram starrer Bimbisara Movie which released on last friday has turned out to be a blockbuster. According tot eh reports ‘Bimbisara’ collected about Rs 15.5 Cr in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on the first weekend.
It is heard the movie achieved break even and entered into profits in just 3 days of its release in both the telugu states. Interestingly, the film also made good money in the USA. It is the biggest grosser in Kalyan Ram’s career. The film grossed more than $300k (Rs 2.40 Cr) in the USA.
Bimbisara features Catherine Tresa and Samyuktha Menon in female leads directed by debutant Vassisht while Hari Krishna bankrolled it.
